Dr. Johnson is experienced in leadership, continuous improvement, quality management, operations management and project management. Her professional background reflects achievements in leading process improvement and improving operational efficiency, as well as teaching and mentoring individuals in topics such as - Business Excellence, Organization and Management; Critical Thinking; Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management principles. She has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organization and Management, where her doctoral research focused on a leader’s leadership style and employee engagement. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Dr. Johnson has a keen ability to review a process and work with teams to make it better. Angela is an independent certified coach, teacher and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. She enjoys working with her JMT family as they add value to people seeking to increase their sphere of influence in their families, churches, workplaces and school. Her passion is to transfer knowledge to facilitate operational excellence within organizations and people. She is also an author and part-time faculty member at Schoolcraft College and Grand Canyon University.
